We are currently looking for an experienced Storekeeper to join an Offshore Construction Vessel project.
Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
- Fluent English and Azerbaijani
- Good knowledge of stock and warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of international transportation procedures
- Knowledge of material handling, lifting and storage methodologies
- Strong inventory and stock-control skills
- Good computer skills, including MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the request, receipt, storage, preservation and distribution of consumable materials and spare parts
- Receive and inspect materials and equipment against orders
- Identify and report shortages, discrepancies or damaged materials
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of received materials
- Manage stock levels and respond efficiently to departmental material requests
- Support periodic inventories and slow-moving stock analysis
- Prepare and pack materials for shipment and issue packing lists
- Maintain accurate reporting to vessel management and relevant corporate departments
- Monitor supplier delivery deadlines and report delays
- Ensure full compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
