Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with functional managers;
- Plan workforce needs proactively and ensure effective talent acquisition strategies;
- Identify and attract top talents through efficient sourcing channels;
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement;
- Contribute to strengthening the employer brand;
- Ensure that all recruitment and selection processes comply with organizational needs, workforce plan, personnel budget, company policies, and procedures;
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events, and support the organization of such initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition;
- Education: Degree in Human Resources or a related field (HR training or international certifications are an advantage);
- Languages: Fluent in English and Russian;
- Preferred Qualifications: SHRM or HRCI international certification(s);
- Computer Skills: Excellent command of MS Office;
- Proven experience in recruiting for various levels, including specialist and managerial roles;
- Strong knowledge and experience in competency-based interviewing;
- Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and performance analysis.
