Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with functional managers;
  • Plan workforce needs proactively and ensure effective talent acquisition strategies;
  • Identify and attract top talents through efficient sourcing channels;
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Contribute to strengthening the employer brand;
  • Ensure that all recruitment and selection processes comply with organizational needs, workforce plan, personnel budget, company policies, and procedures;
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events, and support the organization of such initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition;
  • Education: Degree in Human Resources or a related field (HR training or international certifications are an advantage);
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Russian;
  • Preferred Qualifications: SHRM or HRCI international certification(s);
  • Computer Skills: Excellent command of MS Office;
  • Proven experience in recruiting for various levels, including specialist and managerial roles;
  • Strong knowledge and experience in competency-based interviewing;
  • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and performance analysis.
