A leading international company is seeking an experienced Technical Director / Project Director to lead technical operations and oversee the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical operations and project execution activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Drive technical excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic planning and alignment of technical activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a senior technical and project management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large-scale industrial, engineering, construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian, and English language skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
