About the Role:

A large industrial company is seeking a Treasury Specialist to support treasury operations, budgeting, cash flow control, insurance processes and banking relations.

The role involves operational execution of treasury procedures, participation in corporate policy development, and close cooperation with banks, insurance companies and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in comparative analysis of commercial offers from banks and insurance companies
• Opening and administration of bank accounts
• Providing KYC documentation to financial institutions
• Administration of loans, debt drawdowns and debt servicing operations
• Execution and control of payment and cash flow procedures
• Preparation of financial reporting on cash flows and payments
• Administration of documentary instruments (LCs, guarantees, etc.)
• Participation in budgeting and corporate policy development (payments, insurance, cash flows)
• Support in negotiations with banks, vendors and external consultants
• Participation in implementation of treasury-related IT systems
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• CFA / FRM (completed or in progress) – advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in companies with international/global presence
• Strong knowledge of treasury, banking, risk management and insurance
• Knowledge of currency control, payments and tax legislation
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and LMA standards
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools

Languages:

• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Azerbaijani or Russian – advantage
