Job Summary:  

• The Waiter provides excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present menus.  
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the POS system.  
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.  
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.  
• Handle complaints or refer to supervisor when necessary.  
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas.  
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.  
• Previous waiter/waitress experience preferred.  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.  
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.  
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.  
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
