We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting strategic decisions through data-driven financial insights!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and improve business performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and investments.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis (retail or banking industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Russian and English (good level)
• Strong financial modeling expertise
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
• Familiarity with financial reporting systems and data visualization tools is a plus
