We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and scenario planning.
• Oversee treasury and cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
• Manage external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support strategic projects, including investments and financial risk assessments.
• Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications are a strong advantage: CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA.

Work Experience:

• 5+ years in financial management, controlling, or corporate finance (retail or banking experience preferred).
• Proven expertise in:
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Financial modeling
• IFRS/GAAP reporting
• Treasury and cash flow management
• Managing audits and external reporting

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, etc.).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, 1C, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) – a plus.
• Understanding of tax, compliance, and internal controls.

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Languages:

• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English

• Experience in M&A, investment analysis, international finance.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Power Query, Python for finance) – a plus.
