Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted procurement processes
• Control order accuracy and documentation compliance
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with suppliers
• Enter data into the ERP system and monitor delivery timelines
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to streamline requests

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Russian and English (good level)
• Confident user of MS Office (including Access, Excel), Outlook, and ERP systems
• CIPS certificate is an advantage
