Responsibilities:
- To find new clients and actively sell logistics services.
- To organize international shipments (road, sea, air, rail).
- To request rates from carriers and prepare commercial offers.**
- To prepare and verify shipping and export/import documents.
- To book transport and control loading/unloading processes.
- To track shipments at all stages of transportation.
- To resolve issues and delays during the shipment process.
- To communicate with customs brokers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- To control invoices, payments, and additional charges.
- To maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- To prepare regular reports for management.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Higher education (preferably in Logistics, Business, or a related field).
- Strong understanding of international transportation processes and Incoterms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High stress tolerance and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages.Intermediate level of English.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
- Contract: In accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
