Role Description

• Associate Teacher will be responsible for supporting Homeroom Teacher in implementing lesson plans, providing one-on-one help to students, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role involves working closely with Homeroom Teacher and students to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Prior experience in an educational setting preferred
• Patience and empathy when dealing with students
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Culturally sensitive and open-minded, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
