Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to management and employees on legal, contractual, regulatory, and corporate governance matters, in particular support with contract management, and with creating a database which should comprise of the legal requirements, information applicable to the Company’s operation, and of the equipment relevant to the Company's operation. 
• Ensure compliance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• From time to time, draft, review, negotiate, and amend contracts, service agreements, subcontracts, confidentiality agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Good knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, labor, administrative, and contract law.
• Up to 1 year of relevant legal experience, knowledgeable graduates are welcome.
• Interest in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts and other legal documentation. 
• Interest in oil and gas industry and in the legislation applicable to this industry.
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages.

Working conditions: 

• Location: Baku city
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00- 18:00
• Sector: Oil and Gas
