Work location: Salyan Highway, 25

Work schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).

This position is open to citizens of Azerbaijan due to local hiring regulations.

A CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision parts in accordance with engineering drawings and quality standards.

• Set up and operate CNC machines in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Load raw materials and tools into CNC machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes.
• Inspect finished components using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Record production data and report any deviations or machine malfunctions.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep machines clean and in good working condition.
• Ensure materials and finished products are correctly identified and stored.
• Follow production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating CNC machinery.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and machine setup.

Basic computer skills.

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate English language proficiency is preferred.
