Responsibilities:
- Produce discrepancy report between timesheets and sign in/out data. Collect comments if any differences
- Preparation final timetable for monthly payroll
- Payroll calculation including onshore/offshore/nightshift/overtime terms based on Labour Code
- Payroll Tax and Social Contribution calculation including PSA regulation for Expat employee and posting to software
- Calculation of sick leave, vacation, last bill, etc. as per Labour Code
- Processing payment of salary, taxes, social contribution etc.
- Producing Payment slips to employees
- Submission quarterly payroll reports to Tax Office (Vahid bəyannamə)
- Application to Tax Office for Personal Tax Receipts for Expat employee
- Submission monthly/quarterly/annual Statistic reports
- Preparation of labour cost reports per project upon requests
- Support with other tasks upon requests
Essential Qualification and Experience
- Master Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or student in the field of Chartered Accountant
- Strong understanding of Labour Code
- Computer Skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Abilities to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
