Key Requirements:

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level 
• Teaching experience in international schools is preferred 
• Strong knowledge and/or experience and/or enthusiasm to teach in the IB MYP/DP curriculum framework
• Intercultural awareness and well-developed interpersonal skills 
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning 
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and deliver classroom lessons and coursework 
• Assign homework and engaging exercises 
• Assess and evaluate students’ exams and assignments 
• Provide feedback based on academic performance and classroom behavior 
• Fulfill teaching duties in accordance with the schedule 
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills 
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators in designing and updating curriculum, unit plans, and other curriculum documents 
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators in developing and conducting assessments aligned with IB MYP curriculum expectations 
• Actively participate in PDs, weekly/bi-weekly meetings, activities/events organized by the school

Kindly be informed that the teacher is going to teach Design in English at the IB School. So, fluency in English is compulsory. The interview is held in English as well.
