Duties and Responsibilities:

• Listen to students’ concerns regarding academic, emotional, and social issues 
• Provide individual and group counselling as appropriate 
• Administer and evaluate psychological assessments and prepare reports 
• Support students in processing and overcoming personal challenges 
• Engage with and provide guidance to teachers, parents, and caregivers on student-related issues 
• Develop and implement programs to address behavioural issues and learning difficulties 

Qualifications and Experience:

• A university degree in Psychology 
• Previous work experience is preferred 

Skills:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English 
• Strong organisational skills 
• Social perception and empathy 
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure 
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Friendly and able to interact professionally and positively with staff, students, parents, and community members. 

Kindly be informed that the psychologist is going to work at IB School, where English is the main language used for communication. So, fluency in English is compulsory. The interview is held in English as well.
