Job responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of DVR and NVR systems, including IP setup and internet connection;
• Installation and maintenance of CCTV and other monitoring systems;
• Physical installation of LAN and other network cables (CAT5, CAT6);
• Assembly of racks and setup of IT equipment;
• Regular technical maintenance of hardware and systems to prevent malfunctions;
• Planning for spare parts and system upkeep;
• Working with Access Lists and basic network management.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
• Proven experience in technical support or IT maintenance;
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10, 11);
• Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP, IP, DNS, LAN, VLAN);
• Ability to install and troubleshoot printers and other hardware;
• Experience with rack assembly and IT equipment installation;
• Knowledge of DVR, NVR, and CCTV systems;
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently;
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, russian and english are preffered.
