Təsvir:
- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels;
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews;
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers;
- Assist with onboarding new hires;
- Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks.
Tələblər:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
- Good english language knowledge, proficiency in russian language is a plus;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- A genuine interest in the field of talent acquisition.
What do we offer:

- Salary: 400 AZN Gross;
- The program duration is intended to be until September, 2025;
- Working hours: from 8:00 a.m till 17:00 p.m/9:00 a.m till 18:00 p.m (5 times per week);
