Job responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels;
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews;
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers;
• Assist with onboarding new hires;
• Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
• Good english language knowledge, proficiency in russian language is a plus;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• A genuine interest in the field of talent acquisition.

• Documentation according to AR Labor Code;
• Salary: 400 AZN Gross;
• The program duration is intended to be until October, 2026;
• Working hours: from 8:00 a.m till 17:00 p.m/9:00 a.m till 18:00 p.m (5 times per week);
