  • Source and screen qualified candidates using various recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, and referrals;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job postings;
  • Conduct reference and background checks as needed;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely delivery of recruiting services;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Continuously improve and innovate the recruiting process to enhance the candidate experience and increase hiring efficiency;
  • Meet or exceed recruiting targets for various positions within the organization;
  • Maintain a high level of candidate satisfaction throughout the recruiting process;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders;
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the recruiting process;
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress to hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Tələblər:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting practices and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Having excellent knowledge Azerbaijan and English language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software tools.
