Purpose of the Role
At Leadlab Creative Agency, the Project Coordinator supports the execution of creative and production projects by managing third-party collaborations and operational logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple processes running smoothly at once. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic teamwork, coordination, and structured communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with freelancers, studios, actors, vendors, and other external partners.
- Support the preparation and organization of photo/video shoots, events, and campaigns.
- Assist with logistics such as casting, locations, equipment, and props.
- Collect and compare quotations, track small-scale budgets, and maintain documentation.
- Follow up on task deadlines and ensure smooth delivery of outputs.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Creative Lead on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in coordination, production, or administrative support (preferably in marketing or media).
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to multitask and work under time pressure.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with external freelancers.
Compensation & Conditions
- Salary: 600–800 AZN (depending on experience).
- Additional performance bonuses for successful project delivery.
- Full-time, office-based role in Baku.
