Purpose of the Role
At Leadlab Creative Agency, the SMM & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing social media platforms and executing digital advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.
This role requires a combination of creative thinking and analytical skills — ensuring that every post, campaign, and ad placement strengthens brand presence and achieves marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Ensure timely publication of posts, stories, and videos based on approved content plans.
- Oversee page moderation and audience interaction (messages, comments, etc.).
- Plan, set up, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Collaborate closely with the creative and account teams to maintain consistency and quality.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SMM or Digital Marketing (preferably in an agency environment).
- Proficiency in managing ad campaigns via Meta Business, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, timing, and social media tone.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; English proficiency is an advantage.
Compensation & Conditions
- Salary: 700–1000 AZN (based on experience).
- Performance-based bonuses tied to campaign results and KPIs.
- Full-time, office-based position in Baku.
