Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze data to improve key product metrics and process efficiency.
- Develop detailed descriptions of functional and non-functional requirements, create tasks in JIRA.
- Study market trends and competitor solutions to make proposals for improving Leobank Business products.
- Participate in the design and launch of new app features by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
- Analyze user metrics and app usage indicators, identify growth opportunities, and develop hypotheses.
- Prepare analytical reports, visualize data in a clear and understandable form (tables, charts, presentations).
- Maintain documentation, agree on changes, and update business requirements as priorities shift.
- Analyze user feedback, gather information from internal teams (product, marketing) to improve the app.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the financial sector or in digital products.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence:
Ability to structure tasks and describe business requirements in a convenient format. - Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to collect, aggregate, and analyze data, create reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of business accounts, POS terminals, business loans, and similar products.
- Ability to structure data and identify key metrics.
- Ability to clearly present conclusions and proposals both verbally and in writing.
- Higher education: Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience with competing products on the Azerbaijani market.
