Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies: ordering, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate delivery.
- Organize business travel arrangements for employees, including coordination with travel agencies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of the office.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with service providers, and building management as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; intermediate level of English is required.
