Work location: Baku, Yasamal district
Major responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements
- Carrying out analytical analysis of financial statements on a monthly basis
- Participate in the external audit process and provision of information to external auditors
- Assist in monitoring and analysis of annual budget execution
- Comparative analysis of budget reports and reporting of significant changes at the end of each reporting period
- Contribute to the execution and delivery of any activites as and when required to ensre te continuity of work in the absence of other colleagues
- Assist the Senior Budgeting and Reporting Specialist with all accounting matters as requested
- Provide accounting adjstments in accordance with IFRSs based on monthly and annual financial results
Qualifications & experience required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, accounting, etc.
- Experience: min. 2 year
- Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English - good
- MS Office: advanced use of MS Office programs
Other skills:
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (min. ACCA Papers: F2, F3 and F7)
- Strong analytical and problem-sloving skills attention to detail
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong self-discipline and deadline culture
