Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting Manager to join our finance team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in FMCG, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the preparation of accurate financial reports in compliance with IFRS.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insightful commentary on variances and key financial metrics.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments (e.g., accounting, operations) to gather necessary financial data.
• Prepare and present financial reports for senior management, stakeholders, and external auditors.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning documents.
• Maintain and improve reporting processes, systems, and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with IFRS updates and changes, ensuring compliance with current standards.
• Provide support during audits, both internal and external, ensuring that necessary documents and data are provided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS.
• ACCA papers are highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
