Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage the entire employment process from hiring to redundancy.
• Prepare vacation, sick leave, and promotion documents.
• Implement HR strategies to attract, grow, and keep the best talent in the company.
• Collaborate with management and personnel to facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, and build morale.
• Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely remittance of payroll taxes, including state and local taxes as well as any other statutory deductions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential requirements & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a specialist capacity.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Intermediate English skills able to communicate well in writing and speaking.
