Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure the smooth execution of project activities.
• Review and approve detailed design and construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Attend on-site inspections, meetings, and project coordination sessions.
• Oversee project schedules, review material samples, and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure the contractor delivers the architect's design accurately and manage any on-site design challenges.
• Review complete working drawings from concept through construction phases.
• Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities and quantity take-offs with the Quantity Surveyor.
• Conduct quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) checks on-site and during the fabrication process.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high-quality construction projects as a Site Architect.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail, especially during inspections and reviews.
• Resilience and problem-solving skills to address challenges on- site.
• Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
• Decision-making skills under pressure to maintain project timelines.
• Exceptional planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of  finishes, materials, and construction details.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
