The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations and driving strategic priorities.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently handle multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Director
- Manage professional correspondence and business communication (internal & international)
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and executive briefings
- Maintain and organize documents, reports, and records
- Oversee the Director’s calendar, scheduling, and task prioritization
- Arrange business travel, itineraries
- Manage emails and daily operational workflow
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, good command of English and Russian
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of attention to detail and logical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
