Job Description:

At our hotel, which aims to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction, we are seeking a Guest Relation Officer who will communicate directly with guests at every stage of their stay, understand their needs and expectations, and deliver a flawless experience. This position closely monitors and manages the guest’s entire experience, from check-in to check-out.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and provide a personalized welcome experience
• Assist guests during the check-in process and help them settle into their rooms
• Closely monitor the stay of VIP and special guests
• Address guest requests quickly, effectively, and with a focus on solutions
• Regularly gather feedback, suggestions, and satisfaction evaluations from guests
• Professionally manage complaints and issues and generate solutions
• Develop proactive suggestions to enhance guest satisfaction
• Work in coordination with other departments to continuously improve service quality
• Ensure and uphold service delivery in accordance with hotel standards

Required Qualifications:

• Preferably experienced in the tourism/hospitality industry
• Possesses advanced communication skills and strong representational abilities
• Committed to guest satisfaction and a solution-oriented work ethic
• Friendly, presentable, and demonstrates a positive attitude
• Fluent in English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus)
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible working hours
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
