Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing renovation and construction projects under the supervision of a project manager;
- Prepare and monitor budgets for construction and renovation works;
- Ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and according to plan;
- Coordinate communication with contractors and suppliers;
- Prepare project documentation and reports;
- Oversee the quality of work on-site and ensure compliance with standards;
- Support the preparation and review of budget estimates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field;
- Experience in construction or renovation work;
- Basic knowledge of project management and willingness to learn project management skills on the job;
- Ability to work with budgeting tools (preferably) and Microsoft Office;
- Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for business correspondence and documentation (Intermediate).
