Moore Azerbaijan, an independent member of the global network of auditing and consulting firms Moore Global Network Limited, announces a vacancy for the position of Senior Tax Consultant.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's and/or master’s degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, law, taxation or any related essential fields;
- A very strong knowledge and experience of over 3 years in Taxes;
- A strong track record of managerial, organizational and project management experience;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Strong professional writing and analytical skills;
- Proficient skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environment and work in different teams;
- Ability to work in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages - extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for high level management and successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality client service;
- Establish, maintain and strengthen valued internal and external relationships and ensure that the services delivered to clients is of the highest quality;
- Dealing with different tax and accounting issues;
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables and drive performance-improvement solutions.
- Leading and training junior staff;
- Regular communication with clients and the state authorities;
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to our quality guidelines.
