Work Place: Base Yard or Onshore sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Follow up on Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) via emails and other communication channels.
- Maintain and regularly update NCR, corrective actions, and quality registers.
- Track status of actions and ensure timely closure of nonconformities.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Prepare, fill, distribute, and follow up on questionnaires, checklists, and quality forms.
- Support internal and external audits (preparation, documentation, follow-up of actions).
- Support promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Support internal communication related to QMS effectiveness (e.g., notice boards, meetings, circulars, etc.).
- Provide basic support to the QHSE department on minor HSE-related tasks, such as documentation, records follow-up, and coordination activities, as required by the QHSE Manager.
Assist in monitoring:
- Achievement of quality objectives
- Process performance and conformity of products and services
- Nonconformities and corrective actions
- Monitoring and measurement results
- Audit results
Assist with documentation and records related to:
- Validation of calibration and testing methods
- Identification and traceability systems
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in a QA/QC or Quality role (industrial or project environment preferred).
- Good understanding of quality management system documentation and records control.
- Good communication skills (email follow-ups, coordination with internal and external parties).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track multiple actions and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HSE systems is an advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Internal Auditor Certificate – mandatory
- Lead Auditor Certificate – desirable
Experience in:
- NCR management and follow-up
- Corrective action tracking
- Basic root cause analysis
- Audit support activities
Awareness/knowledge of:
- ISO 9001:2015
- ISO 45001:2018
- ISO 17025 – desirable
