Responsibilities

• Ensure the transportation of import, export, and transit cargoes by container, including thorough research of freight rates, container, and terminal usage conditions;
• Obtain accurate cargo information from clients and suppliers, collect and verify the accompanying documentation for orders, and maintain proper archiving of documents;
• Facilitate contracts for transportation, forwarding, and other related services;
• Prepare regular reports on container shipments;
• Regularly improve geographical and other relevant knowledge to compare tariffs of various routes 

Requirements

• 1 year work experience in the field of logistics;
• Higher education: Knowledge of container transportation is an advantage;
• Analytical and logical thinking: Skills in logistics planning and organization;
• Relevant work experience in the field: Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
• Extensive knowledge of wagon and container transportation; Good sales skills.

Location: Baku

Working Schedule: 5 days a week

Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
