Responsibilities
- Ensure the transportation of import, export, and transit cargoes, including thorough research of freight rates and terminals usage conditions;
- Obtain accurate cargo information from clients and suppliers, collect and verify the accompanying documentation for orders, and maintain proper archiving of documents;
- Facilitate contracts for transportation, forwarding, and other related services;
- Prepare regular reports on the shipments;
- Regularly improve geographical and other relevant knowledge to compare tariffs of various routes.
Qualification requirements
- 2-year work experience in the field of logistics;
- Higher education: Knowledge of container transportation is an advantage;
- Analytical and logical thinking: Skills in logistics planning and organization;
- Relevant work experience in the field: Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
- Extensive knowledge of wagon and container transportation;
- Strong sales skills.
Conditions:
- Working schedule: 5 days a week
- Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30
