We are expanding our operations and are looking for a reliable and well-organized female professional to manage front office and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Welcoming clients and visitors
- Handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining a professional and presentable office environment
Office Management:
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
- Managing office supplies (stationery, water, coffee, etc.)
- Coordinating with couriers, service providers, and contractors
- Maintaining basic office documentation and records
- Providing administrative support to management and staff
- Handling routine organizational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Female candidate, age 23–35
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office manager is preferred
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is an advantage)
- Confident PC user (MS Word, Excel, email)
- High level of organization, accuracy, and responsibility
- Ability to multitask and maintain office order
- Professional attitude, reliability, and stress resistance
Conditions

- Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
