Sea Breeze Resort for the “Nikki Beach” project is looking for Cooks-Commis (Cold /Hot / Grill / Pastry /Sushi)
Job’s period: 3 months (seasonal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times;
- Prepare ingredients as instructed by senior chefs;
- Accurately measure ingredients and control portion sizes;
- Assist with deliveries, stock control, and proper stock rotation;
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to established standards;
- Support proper presentation, positioning, and cooking of dishes under supervision;
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of kitchen equipment;
- Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned;
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues;
- Minimize waste and support efficient kitchen operations;
- Ensure all mise en place is prepared to a high standard at all times.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in Azerbaijani and English;
- Culinary certificate or completed secondary education (11 grades);
- Additional culinary training or certifications are an advantage;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Availability to work 6 days per week (shift-based schedule);
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
