Location: Sea Breeze Baku

Employment Type: Seasonal (3 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages to tables, beach beds, or cabanas promptly and accurately; 
• Handle dishes, trays, and service ware with care and professionalism in line with brand standards; 
• Collaborate closely with Chefs de Rang, kitchen staff, and hostesses to ensure smooth service flow; 
• Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before serving; 
• Assist with table resetting, clearing dishes, refilling water, and general guest service; 
• Maintain active presence in service areas and support team members as needed; 
• Keep service stations and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and fully stocked; 
• Follow all opening, service, and closing procedures; 
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards; 
• Report any service delays or issues to supervisors promptly; 
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and behavior at all times; 
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and stay updated on daily specials and events; 
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment; 
• Represent the brand with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment preferred; 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; 
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure; 
• Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude; 
• Passion for hospitality and high-quality service delivery; 
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage presentation; 
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Russian and Turkish are an advantage; 
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
