Employment Type: Seasonal (3 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages to tables, beach beds, or cabanas promptly and accurately;
- Handle dishes, trays, and service ware with care and professionalism in line with brand standards;
- Collaborate closely with Chefs de Rang, kitchen staff, and hostesses to ensure smooth service flow;
- Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before serving;
- Assist with table resetting, clearing dishes, refilling water, and general guest service;
- Maintain active presence in service areas and support team members as needed;
- Keep service stations and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and fully stocked;
- Follow all opening, service, and closing procedures;
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards;
- Report any service delays or issues to supervisors promptly;
- Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and behavior at all times;
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and stay updated on daily specials and events;
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment;
- Represent the brand with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment preferred;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure;
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude;
- Passion for hospitality and high-quality service delivery;
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage presentation;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Russian and Turkish are an advantage;
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
