Our company is currently looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist.
Requirements:
- Basic to solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and terminology
- Experience in coordination, administration, or program support roles
- Exposure to IT, compliance, or risk-related environments is an advantage

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain the cybersecurity program plan, milestones, and action lists;
- Track progress across workstreams (IT, OT, SAP, third-party provider);
- Organize and document regular coordination meetings;
- Follow up on actions and deliverables with internal stakeholders and vendors;
- Support the development, structuring, and maintenance of: cybersecurity policies and procedures, role definitions and responsibility matrices (RACI), incident management and escalation documentation
- Ensure version control, document consistency, and secure storage;
- Prepare structured documentation packages for management review;
- Support documentation and coordination for incident management processes;
- Maintain incident logs, contact lists, and escalation documentation;
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of tabletop exercises or simulations;
- Support post-incident documentation and lessons-learned processes;
- Act as a coordination interface between: NORM internal teams, the Head of Head of Information Security, external cybersecurity service providers
- Support scheduling, information exchange, and deliverable tracking;
- Assist with structured knowledge transfer from external providers to internal teams;
- Support evidence collection and documentation for potential alignment with: ISO 27001 , IEC 62443 (where applicable)
- Assist with audit preparation activities (documentation, checklists, tracking);
- Help maintain compliance-related records and reports;
- Ensure documentation compliance with API Spec Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards and prepare for annual audits;
- Act in accordance with the evacuation plan in case of emergency (fire, earthquake, flood, strong wind, etc.).
