Position Responsibilities:

• BOQ for Concept, Permit, Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details
• Responsible for the content and precision of the quantities and calculations that follows up
• Preparation of Quantities schedule, Material selection, Design supporting documents
• Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of post-diploma professional experience with quantities development is a must
• Previous experience in BOQ Tender documents and Material specifications
• Previous experience in Design Studio/company is welcomed
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Auto CAD
• Proficiency in English language is a must, knowledge of Russian language is a plus
