Restaurant Manager – Novikov Port Baku Restaurant

Location: Novikov Port Baku Restaurant, Port Baku Walk

Salary: Based on interview

Requirements:

• Age: 28–40
• At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar position
• Fluent spoken Russian and English are mandatory
• Good understanding of premium service standards
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Leadership and effective decision-making abilities
• Professional appearance and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations of the restaurant floor
• Welcoming guests and ensuring high service standards
• Assigning tasks to floor staff and supervising their performance
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving complaints promptly
• Overseeing the high-quality service of VIP guests and special events
• Coordinating effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other departments
• Managing reservations and guest flow
• Ensuring that the team consistently follows established service standards
