We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Manager to join our IT sales team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their sales career who is eager to develop professional sales skills, work with technology solutions, and grow within a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in promoting and selling IT products and services (software, solutions, or services)
• Identify and qualify potential clients through research, inbound leads, and outbound communication
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and meetings to understand their needs
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system
• Participate in negotiations and sales meetings under the guidance of senior sales managers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Support post-sales processes and client relationship management

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or final-year students)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer support (IT background is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of IT products, software, or technology solutions (or strong willingness to learn)
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with CRM systems and MS Office tools
• Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn
