Purpose of the role:

• To provide a legal advice to employees in order to create a legal framework of the company, participate in investigation of claims submitted against the company, protect the interests of Company on the legal base.

Key responsibilities include:

• To participate in preparing of measures to strengthen the economic, financial and labor discipline and protection of property
• To study the experience of conclusion and execution of contracts with a view to improving the economic and financial performance of the company, to prepare and execute appropriate procedures for the elimination of identified deficiencies
• To participate in preparation and implementation of economic agreements, to verify compliance with the law, provide legal commentary in the process of their signing
• Together with other relevant departments of the company to carry out the amendments in orders and other internal regulatory documents, also to prepare proposals for the elimination of invalid documents
• Through the usage of technical means, to summarize information on the legislative and regulatory acts, also the information on additions, modifications to them and their elimination
• To participate in preparation of internal regulations and check their conformity with the law
• To advise employees under current law, including legal and other issues
• Undertake responsibility to comply with all the Occupation Health, Safety and Sanitation requirements applied within the company
• Preparing applications, statements and other documents in order to obtain licenses and permits required for the activities of the company
• To maintain total confidentiality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in a relevant field, if applicable)
• 2 years of experience in a relevant field and position
• Additional relevant experience with SAP software and Microsoft project management software are desirable
• Technological literacy, including MS Office, Zoom, SAP etc
• English language skills are preferred
• Other specific requirements set by the relevant business unit

• Ability to generate solutions and attitude to take ownership for mistakes
