Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to facilitate the procurement process, including raising quotations, analyzing quotations, and preparing tender and procurement documents.
- Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing, and track orders.
- Facilitate documentation delivery, obtain necessary signatures, scan, copy, and archive procurement documents efficiently, ensuring organized and accessible records.
- Support stock, inventory, and asset management, including counting and reporting.
- Expedite the delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders within the company's ERP systems and track order progress, and supplier performance.
- Prepare bids for tenders, including all documentation, pricings, shipping and customs processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or University Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is preferable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 2-3 years of experience in Foreign Procurement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Capability to work independently and proactively contribute to team objectives.
Terms:
- 5 days working week, from 09:00 to 18:00
- Workplace: 32, Salyan Hwy, Baku;
- Lunch is provided by the company.
