Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (Corporate Experience) to lead the design of digital solutions tailored for business customers and intermediaries. This role focuses on translating intricate business processes into seamless digital experiences that are both functional and visually refined. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of enterprise UX, information design, and usability in data-driven environments, along with the ability to collaborate across diverse business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize digital experiences for corporate users, ensuring clarity, usability, and efficiency across complex workflows.
  • Analyze business requirements and user journeys to define intuitive interaction patterns that enhance productivity and satisfaction.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interface designs that align with PASHA Insurance’s Design System and brand identity.
  • Document design decisions, flows, and interface specifications, contributing to consistent and scalable design documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, product, and technology to translate operational needs into user-centered solutions.
  • Conduct and apply UX research through interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure accessibility, consistency, and performance of design components across all digital solutions.
  • Contribute to and maintain the Design System documentation, ensuring clarity, version control, and adherence to best practices.
  • Integrate data-driven insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Amplitude to identify bottlenecks, evaluate interaction flows, and guide iterative improvements.
  • Measure design success using key UX metrics such as task completion rate, process efficiency, user satisfaction (CSI/NPS) and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with strategic business goals and client service excellence.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the UX/UI CoE.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with exposure to B2B or enterprise-level digital products.
  • Strong background in workflow design, information architecture, and data visualization.
  • Proven ability to design complex interfaces that balance usability, functionality, and aesthetic quality.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting analytics data to inform design strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, complex problem-solving, and measurable results.
  • Working proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
