Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company's operations comply with local and international regulations, as well as internal rules and procedures.
- Identify the company's compliance risks and implement measures to minimize these risks.
- Develop and regularly update compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance checks and audits within the company, detect violations, and take corrective actions.
- Prepare compliance reports and present them to management. Provide recommendations on compliance issues and monitor their implementation.
- Manage relationships with state and international regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submission of required reports.
- Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for company employees.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, law, or auditing.
- Certifications: International compliance-related certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) are preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.;
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and analytical skills.
