Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation activities on site in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and work schedules.
- Lead, assign, and control electrical technicians, electricians, and helpers to ensure efficient and safe execution of works. Ensure electrical works are carried out in compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with Electrical Site Engineers and other discipline to resolve site issues and avoid work conflicts.
- Monitor manpower productivity, material usage, and workmanship quality on site.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of electrical materials and equipment.
- Identify site problems, technical issues, or delays and report them promptly to the Electrical Site Engineer.
- Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities for electrical systems.
Requirements
Required knowledge and skills
Education:
- Technical education in Electrical works is preferable
- Specific areas of expertise:
- Electrical installation, site supervision, reading drawings, and basic testing support
Work experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in electrical works.
- Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):
- Azerbaijani – fluent; basic English is an advantage

- Strong team supervision skills
- Good understanding of electrical safety practices
- Ability to work under site conditions and meet deadlines
- Physically fit for construction site work
