Description
- To act as an interface between PRE Desing Team and MEP contractor on site.
- To be in full coordination with PRE Design team during execution of work, to follow up design decisions and implement these decisions on site.
- To check and verify quantity of work executed by the contractor
- To follow up site Electrical related site activities to ensure quality of works are in acceptable level.
- To coordinate and manage third party site supervision team, attending site inspections and tests.
- Attending Progress Meetings with PMCs (Project Management Companies), contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Will report to Project Manager.
Requirements
- Electrical Site Engineer should have a strong background in construction along with extensive experience in project management, stakeholder management. They should possess in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations and market trends, and be skilled in quality assurance and compliance. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills, are also crucial for success in this role.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a strong portfolio focused on Hotels, Residences or large-scale MIXED-USE projects.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an international project environment, preferably involving multicultural teams and global design standards.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and planning approval processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
