Vəzifə öhdəlikləri / Job accountability

• Supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out activities.
• Review architectural and interior design drawings, ensuring accuracy and coordination with MEP and structural layouts.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion according to project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for design clarifications and technical solutions.
• Inspect ongoing works for quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site readiness for successive trades and proper sequencing of works.
• Monitor material deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and site records for internal and client review.
• Identify and report any delays, design conflicts, or site issues, recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure all work is executed safely and in compliance with company HSE policies.
• Coordinate with the Design Office for shop drawings, approvals, and material submittals.
• Participate in inspections, snagging, and handover of completed areas.
• Support the preparation of as-built documentation and close-out reports.

Tələb olunan bilik və bacarıqlar / Required knowledge and skills

Təhsil / Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Müəyyən sahələrdə peşəkarliq (dərəcələri) / Specific areas of expertise:
• Fit-out construction, finishing works, materials, shop drawings, coordination, and site supervision.

İş təcrübəsi / Work experience: 

• 5 years of professional experience in interior fit-out or finishing projects, preferably in high-end commercial or residential developments.
• Dil və kompyuter proqramları bilikləri / Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office): 
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project; knowledge of Revit or BIM tools is an advantage.
