Vəzifə öhdəlikləriİ / Job Accountability 

• Review and interpret mechanical design drawings, specifications, and BOQs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Supervise mechanical works on site to ensure proper execution as per approved designs and technical requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (civil, electrical) for design and site compatibility
• Prepare or review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built documentation
• Monitor installation works and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project schedule
• Support procurement by evaluating technical compliance of mechanical materials and equipment
• Conduct inspections and support testing & commissioning of mechanical systems
• Participate in design meetings and site coordination sessions
• Report progress, issues, and required changes to the MEP Manager

Tələb olunan bilik və bacarıqlar / Required knowledge and skills 
Təhsil / Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Müəyyən sahələrdə peşəkarliq (dərəcələri) / Specific areas of expertise:
• HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, mechanical design review, site supervision, commissioning

İş təcrübəsi / Work experience: 

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in mechanical works (including both design office and site execution roles)
• Dil və kompyuter proqramları bilikləri / Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office): 
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; Revit/BIM is an advantage
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; English required
