VƏZİFƏ ÖHDƏLİKLƏRİ / JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
- Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Establish time sequences based on contractual requirements and project milestones
- Define and structure all project activities, including procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Prepare and update schedule diagrams and critical path models
- Analyze step-by-step construction sequences to ensure logical work progression
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to gather activity durations and dependencies
- Monitor progress against the approved schedule and flag delays or deviations
- Support delay analysis and develop recovery plans when needed
- Generate regular progress reports and schedule performance updates for management
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to timeline-related decision-making
- Gather data on manpower, equipment, and materials for planning and scheduling purposes
TƏLƏB OLUNAN BİLİK VƏ BACARIQLAR / REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 
Təhsil / Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Müəyyən sahələrdə peşəkarliq (dərəcələri) / Specific areas of expertise:
- Project scheduling, construction planning, work sequencing, progress tracking
İş təcrübəsi / Work experience:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably in hotel or large-scale building projects
- Dil və kompyuter proqramları bilikləri / Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):
- Primavera (P6), MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office
- Technical English – intermediate or higher
- Azerbaijani – fluent; Russian is an advantage
